Charles Lorimer

Charles is an experienced executive with a broad range of senior roles within the private club, entertainment, and hospitality sectors. He is well-regarded and respected throughout Canada and internationally.

 

Starting his executive career, Charles spent 16 years at ClubLink Enterprises serving as Vice President in numerous roles, including operations, business development, sales, and marketing. From there, he became the COO of Pacific Links International. In the above roles, he hired and trained 100+ general managers for private clubs in Canada, USA, and China.

 

Recently, Charles founded Kings Ridge Group serving private clubs and hospitality organizations in a consulting capacity. His services include facilitating private club board retreats, developing sales and marketing solutions, creating brand standards, and rebuilding club governance models. Kings Ridge Group is also the exclusive distributor of Pacesetter Technology (custom mobile apps for private clubs) in Canada and northeastern US. Charles joined Fresh Golf in November 2023 and has since been the lead recruiter for four previous searches.

 

Charles is considered a logistics professional who has hosted more than 30 PGA golf events including 14 national golf championships in Canada. He led the team that won the PGA TOUR Champions’ prestigious Special Achievement Award for flawless execution of the 2012 Pacific Links Hawaii Championship.

 

During his career, Charles has found time to give back; he served on the Destination Ontario Board and Taylor Made Canada President’s Advisory Board.
