When founder Scott Kolb embarked on his original concept of recruitment for the Golf Industry, it was based on his personal experience. He had just completed 16 years as C.O.O./General Manager of a historic seaside golf club in Victoria, British Columbia. His work history includes private, resort, and corporate experience. With 30+ years in the golf industry and having served on the national boards of the Club Management Association of Canada and PGA of Canada (currently the President), he wanted to use his network to create a golf-specific business of recruiting for all facilities across Canada. But as the business grew, so did the requests to assist with more than just golf. And with this success, Scott added key individuals to the team. His formula is adding individuals with an impressive and respected club industry career, large network in the industry, and those with complementary backgrounds to his own.

Next steps in the evolution of FG Club Solutions are the expansion of the full North American landscape and offering more than only executive search options.  Charles Lorimer will be heading the recruitment expansion into the United States.  Jason, Carmen, and other team members will continue to be a central part of the recruitment team, adding their expertise to assist in Management Consulting options.
