Scott Kolb

Starting as a PGA of Canada member in 1992, Scott has been involved and remains connected with all facets of the Canadian Golf Industry. Golf Association experiences include Board member of the Club Management Association of Canada, PGA of Canada (currently serving as the President), PGA of BC, NGCOA provincial advisory committee and the Camosun College advisory committee of the Professional Golf Management Program.

 

He has also had hands-on managerial recruitment experience at the Victoria Golf Club, Raven at Lora Bay, and corporate experience at GolfBC. During his career, he has hired leaders in every department.

 

Scott has been awarded provincially and nationally by his peers. He was the inaugural winner of the Executive Professional of the Year for the PGA of BC and the Fore Seasons winner of the NGCOA/PGA of BC award. He has won the Merchandiser of the Year for Golf Shop of the Year from the PGA of Canada and Club of the Year from the Club Management Association of Canada. Equally rewarding, his team has also won National awards, including Superintendent of the Year & Assistant Superintendent of the Year. His Golf Operations team has won several provincial awards and facility of the year twice.
